Rental Villa

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Official check-in/out times 15h midday and 11h in the morning. However, we try our best to respect individual wishes. When the accommodation returns on the day of your departure rented, you must check out at 11:00 am. 
We ask to you bring your waste and empty bottles before check-out and turn on the dishwasher.

WASTE
You can deposit your waste in the containers located on the Avinguda d’Asturies, past the roundabout and the bus stop, or in almost any other street in the village. The waste is not collected. Please do not leave garbage bags outside because of cats and birds.

ELECTRICITY/WATER
All our lighting is warm LED. Nevertheless, despite the fact that this is included in the stay, we ask you to use electricity wisely. Do not leave lamps/heaters on unnecessarily when you are not there.
We collect the rainwater (or buy it if it has rained too little) and filter it. This allows you to use it well for showering / washing. The water is specially filtered to serve as drinking water, this comes from the small tap on the counter. Use this water for tea, coffee or for cooking. Pre-fill your bottles for the beach. So, you don’t have to drag bottles of drinking water from the supermarket. Again, use it wisely and don’t waste it if it’s not necessary.

VISIT
When you receive visitors, we ask you to report this to the owner. Giving parties are not allowed (without the owner’s permission). Please be considerate of the neighbors and do not make excessive noise after 10 o’clock in the evening.

ELECTRIC SLIDING GATE
For the gate you get 1 or 2 remote controls, depending on how many you are. If you lose one, we are forced to charge 100 euros. PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN OPERATE THE GATE.

STOVE/HEATING
The apartment is equipped with a pellet stove, warm and cozy. Instructions for use you will receive this at check-in. There is an electric heater in both bathrooms, and it also has an automatic extraction when the lighting is switched on. This continues for a few minutes after the lighting has been switched off.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the garden.

DAMAGE
If items break due to your fault, report this to the owner who will determine whether you are held liable for this.

CLEANING
If you want an interior cleaning, you can arrange this (for a fee) with the owner of the house.

TELEVISION
In the living room there is a Samsung Smart TV, where you can use your Netflix account, YouTube, etc. DON’T FORGET TO LOG OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN YOU LEAVE.

SWIMMING POOL
The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Only allow children under the supervision of an adult in or near the pool. It is forbidden to bring glassware into the pool. If a glass breaks, you cannot see it in the water and it is a danger to yourself and others! The pool is maintained weekly.
