We are Peter and Esther, residents of the Garraf area in Catalunia since 2014, accompanied by our son, who was nine years old when we moved here. Our journey began when we discovered our “pearl”—initially just a hull—on a Spanish online marketplace. Since 2023, we have been renting out the private apartment located on the ground floor of our home. Starting from June, we will be able to offer the entire house / villa, including the apartment, for rent.
Property Overview
Our house is spacious, cozy, functional, and fully equipped, offering beautiful vistas over the mountains as well as views of Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Cubelles, and the sea. Our home is ideal for families, groups, or couples seeking both comfort and privacy, whether for a relaxing holiday or an extended stay. The quiet surroundings and spacious layout create a perfect retreat, while the nearby attractions and amenities ensure convenience and enjoyment. We guarantee a wonderful holiday experience in a pleasant environment where nothing is lacking, making it the perfect place to create new memories.
Accommodation Details
The basement floor features a cozy and fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is a living room and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Through the laundry room, stairs lead up to the ground floor. Two additional bedrooms and one bathroom, the main entrance hall, a large modern open kitchen, and a spacious living / dining room with a large balcony overlooking the garden. From the lounge seat or Egg seat, guests can enjoy a stunning view that never gets boring.
Fitness and Relaxation
The first top floor houses a well-equipped gym, including a Cross Over Machine, Power Rack, Punch Bag, free weights, and yoga equipment. Outside, the roof terrace is shaded and accommodates movable sports equipment such as a Concept Rowing Machine and a spinning bike. Separated from the gym by a thick wooden sliding door is the master bedroom: a spacious suite with a glass sliding door to the terrace and a separate, bright private bathroom.
Outdoor Spaces
The backyard offers several seating areas, lounge sofas, and a large dining table with chairs for ten people, as well as a large double gas Hudson BBQ. This area marks the beginning of what will soon become an outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy a lovely saltwater swimming pool (with thermal cover) and a sun terrace with sun beds.
At the front of the house, there is a dining table for ten people with chairs and a fixed parasol. Two wooden benches can fold down to become sunbeds, also under a fixed parasol. Additionally, there is a hammock tripod and two more Eggchairs.
Parking and Access
There is a carport parking for one car, with the option to charge an electric car (for a small fee) within the fenced area. Plenty of parking is available in front of the house. The street is very quiet, with little to no traffic, as it is a dead end.
Location and Nearby Attractions
The beach at Vilanova i la Geltrú is just fifteen minutes away, while Sitges is twenty minutes by car. Barcelona can be reached in thirty minutes via the motorway, or fifty minutes via the coastal road. Tarragona is also fifty minutes away by car.
