Vilanova I la Geltru
Els Muntanyans beach is in Torredembarra and is more than four kilometers long. It has the particularity of hosting an ecosystem of sand dunes and salt marshes, reason why it is considered a Space of Natural Interest. It is a beautiful beach, of very clean waters, that counts with the typical services and even with a nudist zone signaled with wooden signs.
Torredembara
This beach in Tarragona is surrounded by a forest of ancient trees that give it a particular charm. It has shallow water, so it is perfect to go with children. Its fine sand stretches for almost three kilometers, hence its name. You can find here showers, access adapted for the disabled, toilets and diving areas. It is a beach where there usually are many people, but as it is big, there is always space to find a good place to spread your towel and relax in the sun.
Tarragona
Located at the foot of the Tamarit Castle, from here there are beautiful views of this medieval fortress and the surrounding environment. Due to its location, it was formerly used as a port. Now it is one of the most beautiful and well-preserved coves on the Costa Dorada, which is why it has received the “Virgin beach of the Tarragona Coast” beach award. It doesn’t have any showers, washbasins, lifeguards or any type of service and can only be accessed walking.
